These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://bs.capital and the online trading services offered by BSCapital Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website or opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any client agreement applicable to your account.
BSCapital Inc. is a company incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands (company no. 118472), with registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, MH 96960, Marshall Islands. Correspondence address: Unit 12, 88 Kingsway, London WC2B 6AA, United Kingdom. The London address is for correspondence and client support only and is not our registered office.

We provide an execution-only, self-directed online trading platform. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, copy trading or discretionary management of client funds unless expressly agreed in a separate written mandate.

Trading carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all invested capital. Leverage increases both potential gains and potential losses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Account registration and trading take place on our client portal at private.bs.capital. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law, or where required for compliance, AML or security reasons.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with our published policies and applicable anti-money-laundering requirements. We may request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing transactions.
Deposits may be made by bank transfer, card or other methods shown in your client area. Payments are processed by PayPro Financial Ltd and/or other licensed payment partners acting on our behalf. Funds must originate from an account or payment method in your own name.
Cryptocurrency deposits are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We do not guarantee refund of crypto deposits sent in error or to incorrect addresses. Card chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals are requested from your client area and are typically processed within 3 business days, subject to verification and AML checks. We may decline withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Client funds are handled as described in your client agreement. Client money is held in segregated accounts separate from company operational funds, with Standard Chartered Bank (London) as custodian.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services, including losses resulting from market conditions, connectivity issues or third-party content.
The website may display content from third parties (for example, market data from TradingView). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of such content.
Complaints should be sent to [email protected]. We will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a final response within 15 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the dispute to International Financial Disputes Centre (IFDC) or pursue remedies available under applicable law, as set out in your client agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Majuro, Marshall Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or ombudsman procedure in your client agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
