BSCapital Inc. does not offer services to persons in jurisdictions where distribution or use would be unlawful or where registration has not been obtained. You represent that you are not resident in a restricted jurisdiction when opening an account.

2. Prohibited jurisdictions (non-exhaustive)

• United States of America and its territories
• Canada
• Japan (retail CFD restrictions)
• Belgium (retail CFD marketing restrictions)
• Any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes
• Any jurisdiction where local law prohibits retail forex, CFD or crypto trading without local authorisation

3. United Kingdom and EEA

Services are not directed at UK or EEA retail clients unless BSCapital Inc. holds the required passport or local authorisation. The London correspondence address does not imply UK FCA authorisation.

4. Changes

We may update this list as laws or our licence conditions change. The current list in the client portal at registration prevails.
